Hardcore/Metalcore outfit from Dublin, metamorphosed into The Scratch
About Red Enemy
Red Enemy were a hardcore/metalcore group from Dublin. They had a successful run for a few years building up a reputation on the live circuit and managing to extend their reach outside of Ireland by taking in a UK and even a US tour. They released the EPs Outsiders in 2009 and What We Are Contained In Is What We Are Worth in 2011. They recorded their self-titles debut album in Los Angeles. It was produced by Taylor Voeltz and mixed and mastered by Stephan Hawkes (Red Fang – Exotic Animal Petting Zoo – Attila). The album was released in November 2014 on Mediaskare Records.
The band shifted gears soon after with members moving on to form a unique acoustic rock/folk act called The Scratch in 2016.
